RULES FOR VISITING AND PROVIDING CATERING SERVICES AT THE BURGER ROOM “360”

To ensure a safe and comfortable visitor experience, as well as the safe provision of services and customer service, the administration of Burger Bar “360” (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”) establishes these Rules for Visiting, Provision of Catering Services, and Conduct of Guests of Burger Bar “360” (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”).

1. General Provisions
1.1. Burger Bar “360” operates as a catering establishment located at the following address: Russia, Moscow, Presnenskaya Embankment, 12, 89th Floor.
1.2. These Rules for Visiting the 360 ​​Burger Bar have been developed in accordance with civil law, the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2001, No. 195-FZ, the Law of the Russian Federation “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” of February 7, 1992, No. 2300-1, and the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Public Catering Services” of August 15, 1997, No. 1036.
1.3. In accordance with paragraph 5 of the Rules for the Provision of Public Catering Services, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 15, 1997, No. 1036, the Contractor has the right to independently establish rules of conduct for consumers at service delivery locations that do not conflict with Russian legislation.
1.4. Burger Bar “360” is open to the public only during its established business hours: Monday through Thursday, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM; Friday, 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM; and Sunday, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
The Burger Bar reserves the right to change its operating hours without further written notice. After closing time, the Burger Bar Administration reserves the right to require customers to leave the Burger Bar.
1.5. The Burger Bar is not responsible for the safety of any personal belongings or valuables left unattended.
1.6. In the event of a violation of these Rules of Visitation, the Administration reserves the right to remove the offender from the Burger Bar premises without refunding any money spent at Burger Bar “360.”
1.7. The burger joint is not liable for any damage to the health or property of patrons caused by the illegal actions of third parties.
1.8. Patrons of the “360” burger joint bear civil liability for the loss or damage of equipment, inventory, utensils, interior items, furniture, and decorations (whether intentional or negligent) and are obligated to compensate the burger joint for any damage they cause in cash based on the actual value of the damaged or lost property.
1.9. Photography using phones, amateur cameras, DSLRs, and digital cameras, as well as taking photos of friends and family with phones, is permitted on the premises of the “360” burger joint. The use of any stationary equipment, including, but not limited to, tripods, stabilizers, reflectors, and additional lighting equipment, is prohibited during photography.
1.10. By visiting the burger joint, the Visitor participates in possible photo and video filming, television or radio broadcasts of the event as a visitor and gives his consent to the use of these materials in any way, including for the internal needs of the burger joint in video, television and radio broadcasts, in publications in the press or on the Internet.

2. Terms of Service for Burger Bar “360”
2.1. Visitors are admitted to Burger Bar “360” subject to the purchase of a ticket to the PANORAMA360 Observation Deck according to the proposed pricing.
2.2. In accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, payment for a ticket to the PANORAMA360 Observation Deck or any order at Burger Bar “360” is deemed unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. By paying for a ticket to the PANORAMA 360 Observation Deck or any order at Burger Bar “360,” the Visitor simultaneously agrees to these Rules for Visiting Burger Bar “360.”
2.3. Other guests visiting the PANORAMA360 Observation Deck are served at Burger Bar “360” subject to the availability of seats (free tables).
The time for visiting the burger bar “360” for the persons specified in this paragraph is limited and amounts to 2 (two) hours from the moment of ordering catering services.

3. Access Restrictions and Rules of Conduct at Burger Bar “360”
3.1. The following individuals are not permitted into Burger Bar “360”:
• those under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicants. The main signs of alcohol intoxication are: the smell of alcohol on exhaled breath, impaired coordination, unsteadiness, unsteady gait, slurred speech, a sudden change in facial color, and behavior inappropriate for the environment;
• those bringing pets;
• those behaving aggressively toward guests and/or burger bar staff, or disturbing public order and norms;
• those bringing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, or food purchased outside the burger bar;
• those bringing any type of weapon, piercing or cutting object, or personal safety equipment. If any of these items are discovered upon entering the burger joint, the customer may be immediately denied service and may be expelled from the premises, or law enforcement officers may be called to determine the legality of the possession of a weapon.
• Those wearing outerwear, work clothes, beachwear, sportswear, or official uniforms (except for the uniforms of law enforcement officers, military personnel, and government civil servants), or carrying large items (suitcases, backpacks, briefcases, etc.), or wearing unkempt, torn, or dirty clothing and shoes that stain the interior or customers of the burger joint.
3.2. If customers violate these rules, cause harm to other customers, or engage in aggressive or inappropriate behavior that disrupts the enjoyment of other customers, the burger joint administration reserves the right to terminate service without a refund and require the offender to leave the premises.
3.3. The following is prohibited on the premises of the 360 ​​Burger Bar:
— Pets.
— To protect the rights of the owner and the privacy of Burger Bar patrons, take unauthorized photos or videos within the Burger Bar, film patrons without their permission or if they object to the filming; — Disturb public order and the peace of other patrons;
— Damage the property of the Burger Bar;
— Disrespect the Burger Bar staff and guests, use offensive language or obscene language when communicating with staff and guests;
— Block the road or otherwise impede the movement of guests and Burger Bar staff, or obstruct emergency evacuation routes;
— Occupy vacant tables without permission from Burger Bar management;
— Provoke conflicts and engage in fights;
— Play gambling or team-based story games.
3.4. The maximum number of guests seated at one (one) table at Burger Bar 360 is five (5). Moving and/or connecting tables at Burger Bar 360 is not permitted.

4. Liability
4.1. Any material damage caused to the property of Burger Bar 360 or to the property of third parties due to the fault of a guest must be compensated in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. The administration of Burger Bar 360 reserves the right to:
— refuse entry to Burger Bar 360 if a visitor fails to meet the requirements set forth in these Rules;
— terminate further service for violation of these Rules and require the offender to leave the Burger Bar.
